At Tenent, our responsibilities to our stakeholders, to society at large and to the planet on which we live are all taken very seriously.
We are an equal opportunity employer, and promise to treat all employees, clients, contractors and stakeholders with the utmost respect.
We are strict adherents to anti-bribery and corruption policies. We will not offer clients or potential clients inducements to engage our services. We believe that our quality and value propositions alone should determine our success.
We are acutely focused on our carbon footprint, and we actively avoid unnecessary travel, especially air travel. We seek to purchase all of our energy from suppliers using only renewable sources. We work hard to minimise the volume of waste that we produce, both landfill and recycling. We print as little as possible, and when we do print, we use recycled paper. All paper and card waste is recycled. Single-use plastic is strongly discouraged in our workplaces.
Our commitment to UN Sustainable Development Goal 1, No Poverty, and to SDG 10, Reduced Inequalities, is built into our determination to provide quality financial education to students across the social spectrum. We believe that poor financial choices are a major contributor to poverty and inequality in the developed world, and it is our mission to remediate the dearth of education that underpins such ill-advised decision making.
